These PCs come with the Core i7-4770K which is the processor that is highly recommended for a gaming machine, the high quality NVIDA GT760 graphic cards, and 8 Gigabyte of RAM with 128GB SSD for OS and 1TB HDD of storage capacity and add a Super-multi DVD burner, a Blu-ray writer.

Powering this monster gaming rig is either a 500 watt or a 700 watt power supply. It also comes with Windows 8 64-bit. It also sports solid, chiseled lines, with “intricate” patterns on the chassis, and lighting effects like the ROG logo and the bottom grill LEDs. G30 comes with inbuilt WiFi and Bluetooth card. I also has inbulit TV-tuner.

But what’s most impressive here is the way that everything works together. Asus have designed this machine to be a real performer, and for those that want that extra bit of punch, they’ve added a hassle-free, safe overclocking feature that is as easy as pressing one button. Literally.

With a press of the “speed” button, the cool blue accent lights turn a blazing red, and the CPU is jacked up to deliver a maximum of 4.5GHz. That’s pretty impressive, when all is said and done. The real beauty, of course, is that the overclocking system was designed by people who know what they’re doing. So while the strain on the machine might be increased. It shows a demonstrable boost in performance, which is a big win. Even the chassis (a good looking box overall) has been specifically designed to meet the needs of this system. In short, it’s a perfectly tuned PC, right out of the box.

Apart from the two USB3 ports, two regular USBs and twin 3.5mm audio jacks, the front of the case looks rather reserved – at least until you press the I/O cover, which then mechanically opens downwards to reveal a multi-format card reader panel and a Blu-ray optical drive.

Graphics performance will come courtesy of an Asus-branded Nvidia GeForce GTX 760, which will easily play the latest titles at Full HD resolutions and beyond – Asus told us that the G30 will support up to 4 monitors in Nvidia surround, as well as 3D gaming using Nvidia 3D Vision.

Conclusions:

If you’re looking for a gaming desktop the TYTAN G30 is certainly a good choice, especially if you’re the type of gamer that doesn’t want to build a rig on his own.  Overall ASUS did a good job and especially pricing with the most powerful TYTAN G30 is competitive. These are really fast desktops and if you’re the type of user that prefers to buy a pre-built system, then the TYTAN G30′s will be a good choice.
